Thr3ee is a girl group from the Bay Area made up of 3 young ladies. Their names are Tamika Rankins, Deborah Ingram and Brittani Fisher. They have been singing together since 2008 and decided to pursue it more seriously in 2012. They have performed at a variety of places throughout the Bay Area and Los Angeles. THR3EE stands for Balance, Equality and Harmony. They utilize every voice to create an array of harmonies. THR3EE as a group is well balanced out as well as equal and every voice is heard. They sing and write their own music, unlike most groups there is no lead singer. THR3EE’s music can be described as alternative R&B with a mix of Soul and Hip Hop. Some of their influences include Tony Toni Tone, Groove Theory, Lauryn Hill, Sade, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Kirk Franklin and Jazmin Sullivan.
